I work out of a dental office and experienced how Malaci and Bishop, from Touch of Kindness Transportation, were absolutely wonderful with one of our patients getting them in and out of our dental chair. Both were super respectful and genuinely cared for our patient's comfort. Our patient also thanked them and said that they were truly great guys helping him out of his bed at home and bringing him to our office.Posted on Derek MagowanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Without a doubt, the absolute best transportation service there is. Tremendously thankful to everyone at Touch of Kindness for everything they've done for my wife with her wheelchair runs.Posted on Lauren MagowanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Touch of Kindness is the best transportation company in the NEPA region, hands down! The staff are professional, courteous, and compassionate. The transport vehicles have been able to comfortably accommodate me when I required a stretcher and now when I use my power chair. There is no better company to serve this very critical transport need in our area, and I can't recommend them enough! Thank you for your service, Touch of Kindness!Posted on John FecinaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Latrell was our driver for my mother. He was perfect. On time, friendly, professional and respectful. Thank you LatrellPosted on MichaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used A Touch of Kindness to transport my mom home from the SNF for the day. We had an excellent experience with this transport company. Scheduling was easy. Price is reasonable compared to the larger ambulance and transport companies in this area. The wheelchair van was very clean with a smooth ride. Drivers arrived on time and were friendly and professional. Know you have a choice when you need transportation services!Posted on Naomi FalchekTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Changed transport services and I couldn’t be happier with this company. My husband has chronic pain and transporting him can be a challenge. The two gentlemen, Scotty and Jonathan, live up to the definition of ‘gentlemen’. They were professional in dealing with my husband’s medical status. He was transferred to his bed with ‘gentle’ hands. If you require the use of a transportation service, I highly recommend this company.Posted on Susan PTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Changed transport services and tried Touch of Kindness today; I'll be staying with them from now on =) Not only was the drive relaxing and comfortable, the driver, Ernest, was warm, thoughtful and such a people person. It felt like I was getting a ride from a friend. Thank you. I plan to spread the word.Load moreVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust. Absolutely no problem. We build wait time into our scheduling for cancer patients. If your treatment is running long, simply let us know and we'll adjust. You'll never be rushed or charged extra because your treatment took longer than planned.
Yes! We encourage having a loved one with you during treatment. There's room for one companion in the vehicle at no additional charge. Many patients find comfort having family support during appointments.

We provide door-to-door service, which means we escort you from your home into the cancer center and help you check in if needed. When you're done, we'll meet you at the designated pickup area and assist you back home.
Our drivers are trained to handle this. We can stop if you need to, we drive smoothly to minimize discomfort, and we always have the vehicle well-ventilated. Your comfort and dignity are our priority.
